Change of Mind / Cancellation

• Return within 14 days of delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations).

• Tyres must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.

Faulty or Incorrect Tyres

• Report within 30 days to support@tyrebesteuro.com with photos/videos and your order number.

• If confirmed, we provide a prepaid UK return label and replace or refund the item. We cover return postage for faulty/incorrect items.

Return Postage

• Change of mind: customer pays return postage.

• Faulty/incorrect: TyreBest Euro covers postage.
